Water Service Interruption – What to Check First
If your water service is off, please review the following before contacting our office:
1. Scheduled Repairs or Maintenance
Planned repairs or system maintenance may be occuring in your area.
2. Main Line Break or Emergency Repair
Unexpected main line breaks or emergency repairs can occur. If this is the case, service will be restored as quickly and safely as possible once repairs are complete.
3. District Flushing
Periodic flushing of the water system is necessary to maintain water quality and may temporarily affect water service or pressure in your area.
4. Account Status
Please verify that your account is not past due. Water service may be interrupted due to non-payment in accordance with district policy.
