  5. Pay online at tng-utility.com/pay, a service fee of $5 will be applied to the total amount.

Where is your payment going?

The cost of water is increasing and it’s important to know where your water bill payment is going.

If you were billed 5,000 gallons of water, your total bill would be $63.81.

Here is the breakdown:

  • $19.50 is the water fee charged by CloverCreek Mud. This is a tiered rate fee from 0 – 6,000 gallons of use.
  • $29.21 is a sewer fee charged by CloverCreek Mud. This is a tiered rate fee from 0 – 6,000 gallons of use.
  • $0.58 is the Lone Star Water Conservation (LSGSCD). This fee pays for transportation of ground water.  The LSGSCD $0.1155 multiplied by your usage.  5k x $0.1155 = $0.58
  • $14.52 is the San Jacinto Water Authority. This fee pays for residents who receive water under the SJRA Groundwater Reduction Plan.  San Jacinto fee of $2.904 x All Usage.

The cost of water is increasing and it’s important to know where your water bill payment is going.

If you were billed 3,000 gallons of water, your total bill would be $89.79.

Here is the breakdown:

  • $46.80 is the water fee charged by Grand Oaks Mud. All usage charge is $39.00 and all usage rate $2.60.  $2.60 x 3,000 gallons used + Flat fee of $39.00= $46.80.
  • $34.24 is a sewer fee charged by Grand Oaks Mud. All Usage Minimum of $26.29 and an All Usage Rate of $2.65 per 1,000 gallons. $2.65 x 3,000 gallons + $26.29 = $34.24.
  • $8.25 is the San Jacinto Water Authority . This fee pays for residents who receive water under the SJRA Groundwater Reduction Plan.  San Jacinto fee of $2.75 x All Usage.

  • $4.11 is the City of Houston Surcharge. Houston went from groundwater to surface water.  $4.11 x 1,000 gallons used = $4.11.

  • $27.00 is a sewer fee charged by HCMUD 23 and is a flat rate.
  • $0.00 is the City of Houston Surcharge. Houston went from groundwater to surface water.  0 – 2,000 gallons no charge.
  • $.26 is the TCEQ Assessment. This fee pays for maintaining water quality and availability for municipalities, businesses, and homeowners. Water plus sewer charge x 0.5 TCEQ Assessment Fee = $.26.

  3. Pay through your banks online bill pay, fees may apply with your banking institution.
  4. Pay with a credit card at 281-350-0895 for a $5.00 convenience fee.
  5. Pay online at tng-utility.com/pay, a service fee of $5 will be applied to the total amount.
  6. Pay online at www.paymyutilitybill.com, a transaction fee of 5% will be applied to the total amount.
  7. Check by phone 713-881-0675 from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm for a fee of $3.95 will be applied. You must have the account number and District name.
  8. Pay your bill on time every month with a Direct Debit Plan. Bill amount will be deducted from your account on the due date each month. A $1.00 fee will be applied.
  9. Pay at any Western Union that offers “Utility Convenience Pay” for $1.00.
  10. When paying by check, make checks payable to Willow Creek Farms MUD.

The cost of water is increasing and it’s important to know where your water bill payment is going.

If you were billed 6,000 gallons of water, your total bill would be $61.30.

Here is the breakdown:

  • $23.00 is the water fee charged by Willow Creek Farms. Water usage based off Tiers, you are in Tier 1 0-5,000 gallons = $25.00.
  • $38.00 is a sewer fee charged by Willow Creek Farms. Sewer is a flat fee of $38.00.
  • $0.30 is the Bluebonnet GRWWTR Conservation. This fee pays for the conservation, protection, recharging and prevention of waste groundwater.  Bluebonnet fee of $0.05 multiplied by your usage.  6k x $ 0.05 = $0.30.
