The cost of water is increasing and it’s important to know where your water bill payment is going.

If you were billed 5,000 gallons of water, your total bill would be $64.29.

Here is the breakdown:

  • $19.50 is the water fee charged by Clovercreek Mud. This is a tiered rate fee from 0 – 6,000 gallons of use.
  • $36.56 is a sewer fee charged by Clovercreek Mud. This is a tiered rate fee from 0 – 6,000 gallons of use.
  • $0.47 is the Lone Star Water Conservation (LSGSCD). This fee pays for transportation of ground water.  The LSGSCD $0.0935 multiplied by your usage.  5k x $0.0935 = $0.47
  • $16.00 is the San Jacinto Water Authority. This fee pays for residents who receive water under the SJRA Groundwater Reduction Plan.  San Jacinto fee of $3.29  x All Usage.

  1. Pay through your banks online bill pay. Fees may apply with your banking institution.
  2. Pay your bill on time every month with an Auto Payment Plan. Bill will be deducted from your account on the due date each month. A $1.00 fee will be applied every month if you chose Automatic Bank Draft or Credit/Debit Card Payment will incur an additional 4% monthly fee. To sign up for this payment option, please contact TNG Utility at 281-350-0895 and one of the customer service reps will send you the Monthly Auto Payment Plan Form. You have to setup draft payments with either a check or credit card.
  3. Check or money order can be dropped off at our TNG drop box at 2815 Spring Cypress Rd #3, Spring TX 77388.
  4. Checks or money order can be mailed to P.O. BOX 1969 75801, Houston TX 77251-1969.
  5. Pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) by phone at 281-350-0895 for a $5.00 convenience fee.

  • $46.80 is the water fee charged by Grand Oaks Mud. All usage charge is $39.00 and all usage rate $2.60.  $2.60 x 3,000 gallons used + Flat fee of $39.00= $46.80.
  • $26.29 is a sewer fee charged by Grand Oaks Mud. All Usage Minimum of $26.29 and an All Usage Rate of $2.65 per 1,000 gallons. $2.65 x 3,000 gallons + $26.29 = $34.24.
  • $8.00 is the San Jacinto Water Authority . This fee pays for residents who receive water under the SJRA Groundwater Reduction Plan.  San Jacinto fee of $2.99 x All Usage.
  • $0.50 is the Lone Star Water Conservation (LSGSCD). This fee pays for transportation of ground water.  The LSGSCD $0.165 multiplied by your usage. 3k x $0.165 = $0.50
