Since its founding in 2001, TNG Utility has been deeply committed to making a meaningful impact both in the communities it serves locally and in regions across the globe.
Guided by a mission rooted in service, sustainability, and support, TNG invests in youth development, education, and humanitarian efforts—ranging from supporting local FFA programs and community organizations to providing life-changing access to clean water in underserved international communities.
Global Impact
Bringing Clean Water & Conservation to Zimbabwe
Zimbabwe Wells
TNG Utility began a partnership with Imvelo Lodge’s Water For Waterlife program in 2024 beginning with drilling a well for Kapayana village in Zimbabwe. In 2025 TNG sponsored two more wells in Manjelengwa and Vulashaba, both also in Zimbabwe. Imvelo Lodges began this program to upgrade the standard of living in villages in proximity to their lodges to help promote tourism and prevent poaching of local wildlife. They are also trying to reintroduce the white rhino back into this area.
In 2024, TNG’s president and his wife, Chip & Melanie Callegari were able to visit the well and the people of Kapayana.
Before these wells were brought into these communities, villagers had to walk up to 6 miles, both ways to obtain a bucket of water. Now it is in their village and also irrigates a community garden and orchard as well as provides water for the villagers’ livestock.
This is a project dear to Chip Callegari because he loves wildlife and wants to give water to those who do not have it, since his life has been dedicated to providing clean safe water. TNG plans to continue this partnership with Water For Wildlife into the future.
Local FFAs
TNG Utility has been supporting local FFA’s since its inception in 2001. We have purchased student’s animals from Klein ISD, Katy ISD, Tomball ISD, Humble ISD and Cy-Fair ISD. The money goes to the students to use for higher education and we disperse the meat to our employees annually. We Also participate in various FFA chapter’s and FFA booster club’s fundraisers and events.
Youth Sports
TNG has sponsored many youth sports teams over the year, including teams participating in football, baseball, swimming and gymnastics as well as various churches. TNG is all about giving back to the communities.
