Covid-19 Update

3/17/2020

Dear TNG Customers,

As the City of Houston addresses COVID-19, TNG Utility Corp. wants to take this opportunity to inform you of our office updates.  We are open for business with exception of our front counter, due to the growing concern of the spread of the COVID 19 we will not be accepting payments at our front window.  We still have our drop box located at the front of our building, online payments and or by calling us to make a payment over the phone.  We are focused on the safety and health of our employees, along with the quality of work for each client.  The office space and work stations have been sanitized along with other frequently touched surfaces, multiple times a day.  Our entire staff has been informed of COVID-19 and understands the importance to maintaining healthy hygiene.

We have established a company-wide reporting process to identify any employee with emerging symptoms consistent with the flu or Coronavirus and take immediate actions to reduce exposure to other staff.

While the actual impact of the evolving Coronavirus is unknown at this time, we have proactively reviewed our business continuity plans and do not anticipate any scenario that would impede our ability to meet our business continuity obligations.

We at TNG Utility Corp. also want to assure you that the water we deliver to your residents is safe. Our employees wash their hands before and after entering each plant to prevent the spread of any disease and this time is no different. TNG Utility Corp. have enough certified employees to guarantee that all plants will be adequately taken care of without notice or disruption to anyone. Should you have any questions regarding our policies and procedures to provide safe drinking water to your residents feel free to contact your Area Manager, Kristi Holecheck, David Wright or Phillip Dautrich.
